A Cimaterol Molecularly Imprinted Sensor Based on DNA-assisted Recognition

利用DNA改善印迹孔穴对模板分子空间识别性能,建立了高选择性印迹材料的制备新方法,并用于痕量西马特罗的测定。在金电极表面自组装固定双链DNA,待西马特罗与DNA双链进行结合后,以西马特罗-DNA复合物为模板,电聚合制备西马特罗-DNA复合物的分子印迹聚合物膜。去除待测分子西马特罗,得到对西马特罗具有高特异性识别能力的分子印迹传感器。对传感器制备及工作条件进行了优化,利用紫外吸收光谱对西马特罗与DNA的结合方式进行了研究。结果表明,二者之间的相互作用模式为沟槽式结合。印迹膜以乙醇-乙酸(8:1,V/V)为洗脱剂,洗脱时间为35 min,重吸附时间为45 min。以铁氰化物作为探针,其氧化电流与西马特罗浓度在1.0×10-13~1.0×10-10 mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限为3.2×10-14 mol/L(S/N=3)。将传感器成功应用于猪肉样品中西马特罗的检测,结果良好。
