Separation and Detection of Native Amino-acids by Capillary Zone Electrophoresis with Laser-based Interference Refractive Index Detector
The separation of native amino-acids by capillary zone electrophoresis in the solution of sodium tetraborate was presented, in which the on-column detection was performed with laser-based interference refractive index detection without derivatization of amino-acids.The performance of the migration time, electrophoretic mobility and relative effective mobility were compared in typical analytical runs.The results showed that the reproducibility of relative mobility is better than that of migration time or electrophoretic mobility.
